2 Hosting and connection data

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Technical connection data is processed to deliver the content and operate the service securely. According to IONOS, its Web Hosting service records the requested page or file, referring website, browser and operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymised IP address. IONOS states a retention period of eight weeks. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in reliable, secure website operation.

3 Enquiries by email or telephone

The contact form prepares an email in your email application; it does not send the form to a website backend. The recipient receives your name, email address, selected topic and message only when you send the email. Contact details and messages are used to answer your enquiry. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), based on the interest in responding to communications. Please avoid sending sensitive health information through this form.

Enquiry data is deleted when no longer required for the purpose, unless legal retention obligations apply. The mailbox info@attilio-reale.com is provided through IONOS.

4 Locally stored resources and browser storage

Fonts, photos, stylesheets and website scripts are served from the website itself. This implementation includes no analytics tools, advertising pixels or language cookies. Language selection is determined by the URL.

5 YouTube videos

No YouTube player is loaded on the initial page visit. Selecting the clearly labelled video button loads an embedded player from youtube-nocookie.com and starts playback. This establishes a connection to YouTube, operated in the EU by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Connection and usage data, including your IP address, may be processed; the reduced-cookie domain does not make playback anonymous. Processing may also involve countries outside the EEA, including the USA.

Loading is optional and based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where access to device information requires consent, Section 25(1) TDDDG. You may stop the player using “Close video” or leave the page. This stops further loading by the embedded player but does not undo prior transfers. 6 External links and website credit

Links to social networks, music platforms, book retailers and SCHRAEGER are regular links. The website does not load their widgets. Following a link opens the external provider, whose privacy rules then apply. Crediting SCHRAEGER as the website designer does not itself transmit data to SCHRAEGER.

7 Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. Contact the controller using the details above.
